Privacy Policy

This policy covers the ueue mobile app, the ueue website, and the ueue browser extension (together, “ueue”). ueue is a place to save links, videos, articles and notes and come back to them later. We aim to collect only what we need to make that work, and never to sell your data.

What we collect

• Account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile image so we can create your account and sync your saves across your devices.
• Your saved content. The links, page titles, notes, images and lists you choose to save. This is your content; we store it so you can access and organize it.
• Product analytics. Aggregate, event-level usage (for example, that a save happened, a screen was viewed, or a feature was used) to understand and improve the product. We do not include the URL, title or text of anything you save in analytics; only coarse signals such as a domain, a content type, and counts.

The browser extension

• When you choose to save the current tab, the extension reads that tab’s URL and title so it can save it to your ueue. It only does this on your action (clicking the icon, a context-menu item, an in-page button, or the quick-note shortcut).
• It signs you in by reusing the session from the ueue website; it does not run a separate account.
• Permissions such as tabs, scripting and context menus are used solely to place the save controls and read the page you explicitly save. The extension does not track your browsing history.

How your data is stored and shared

Your account and saved content are stored with our infrastructure providers and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We share data only with the service providers that run ueue:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Google — sign-in.
• PostHog — product analytics (aggregate, as described above).
• Qonversion / app stores — subscription management for ueue Pro.

We do not sell your personal information or your saved content, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your choices

• Delete any saved item at any time inside the app or website.
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app: Profile, then Account, then Delete account. It is removed from our systems immediately. You can also request deletion by contacting us (below).
• Remove the browser extension at any time from your browser’s extensions page.

Children

ueue is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as ueue evolves; we will revise the date above when we do.
