Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the ueue mobile app, the ueue website, and the ueue browser extension (together, “ueue”). By using ueue you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ueue.
The service
ueue is a place to save links, videos, articles and notes and come back to them later, with reminders, lists, and optional sharing. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Your account
- You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method secure.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app: Profile, then Account, then Delete account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use ueue.
ueue Pro subscriptions
- ueue Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Play Store account settings. Deleting your ueue account does not cancel a store subscription.
- Any free trial’s unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices may vary by region and may change; we will tell you before a change takes effect.
Your content and sharing
- The links, notes and lists you save are yours. You are responsible for the content you save and share and for having the right to save it.
- When you share a list, people you invite can see and add content in that list. Do not use sharing to post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content or lists that violate these terms.
- You can leave a shared list at any time. If you own a shared list, deleting it (or your account) removes it for everyone you shared with.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse ueue: no attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, no unlawful use, and no using it to harm others.
Disclaimer and liability
ueue is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Keep your own backups of anything important (the app offers an export).
Termination
You may stop using ueue and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
Changes
We may update these terms as ueue evolves; we will revise the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
